Pain isn’t just physical. It has layers—often tied to emotions we suppress, ignore, or don’t even realize exist. When we focus only on the body, we miss a deeper truth: unresolved emotions can keep us stuck in cycles of pain.

So today, I want you to try something simple but powerful.

Take a pen and paper. Write down whatever emotions you’re feeling. Maybe nothing comes up at first—that’s okay. Do it again tomorrow. And the next day. Be honest with yourself. Are you suppressing something? Is there a past event that still lingers in your body?

Keep writing. The answers will come. And with them, the possibility of true healing.
